My Chart is way better and much more user friendly. I cannot find anything on this MyCHOC and I requested the pediatricians office to use MyChart instead of MyCHOC. Also My Chart is used by most large doctors offices and hospitals and I do not understand why Choc is using its own app vs MyChart. My Chart is a 5 star app. MyCHOC is a 1 star app. ### 1/5 — Can’t sign in *2026-07-01* They push using this app on patients/parents but it’s not functional. I downloaded the app but every time I sign in I’m taken back to the blank sign in screen. My sign in info is correct and I’ve even tried changing my password but it still never works. I’ve tried using the website instead of the phone app but when I sign in on the website I’m taken to a screen that only has the word “wait” in the upper left corner and nothing ever loads. ### 1/5 — The worst app *2026-06-29* Absolutely horrible app. Loading up takes forever and I can’t even sign in. You’d think a big hospital like CHOC would have the resources to make a usable and easily accessible app for its patients.
