Keep thinking that MAYBE the bugs have been worked out but you can’t even login to your account. Web site also has lots of issues. Thank you again! ### 1/5 — Just No *2025-06-04* ChoC is insisting I download this dang app for FAST check in, view patient status and reports, message the doctor and review notes or report any changes in patient health. HELLO!!! I cant even log in or create an account. I sent a ticket in for tech support over 72hrs ago and no word. I get emails and text about checking the app for new changes and messages and how if i cant log in. THIS APP IS USELESS! Just No! **Developer response:** Thank you for your review. The login screen is in loop and comes back to the same screen. I have called, mentioned it to doctors and their offices but it never worked. I don’t know how come such a big hospital is not able to manage a small app. Is there anyone out there using this app and guide me what is wrong I’m doing or how to use it? **Developer response:** Hi there! Help! What should I do? Was there an update that caused this? Glitches all the time, can’t see reports and then some days I can. How is this app so bad after so long? ### 1/5 — Useless App *2024-08-26* I have tried mulitple times to login on Mac and iPhone and either get a blank page with "Wait" that never goes away (Mac) or am constatnly redirected to the login screen once I enter my login credentials (iPhone). Their old app CHOCLink worked better but even that wasn't great ### 1/5 — Can’t login *2024-08-22* I’m using the same login as the regular choc portal which it advised works. But it attempts to login and goes back to the sign in page. It also doesn’t work on the website. And clicking try now it just spins and never redirects. My Chart is way better and much more user friendly. I cannot find anything on this MyCHOC and I requested the pediatricians office to use MyChart instead of MyCHOC. Also My Chart is used by most large doctors offices and hospitals and I do not understand why Choc is using its own app vs MyChart. My Chart is a 5 star app. MyCHOC is a 1 star app. ### 1/5 — Can’t sign in *2026-07-01* They push using this app on patients/parents but it’s not functional. I downloaded the app but every time I sign in I’m taken back to the blank sign in screen. My sign in info is correct and I’ve even tried changing my password but it still never works. I’ve tried using the website instead of the phone app but when I sign in on the website I’m taken to a screen that only has the word “wait” in the upper left corner and nothing ever loads. ### 1/5 — The worst app *2026-06-29* Absolutely horrible app. Loading up takes forever and I can’t even sign in. You’d think a big hospital like CHOC would have the resources to make a usable and easily accessible app for its patients.
