## What is MyChoice Benefits?

Having trouble logging into the app? First try your username and password. If you do not have a username and password from your benefits portal you will need an Access Code. To retrieve the Access Code, log into your benefit portal and find the MyChoice Mobile App logo. For more help email sofia@businessolver.com.

Everything was good until 2 weeks ago,after you updated the app to 3.5.6.
Then,my ability to submit a claim (the most useful feature about the app)on my iPhoneSE became impossible.
The problem is with selecting the date for the claim.
When the calendar appears and I tap on the date,the ‘select’ button does not appear on my screen…thereby preventing me from completing my claim submission.
I called MyChoice support and described the problem,but they refused to consider the correlation of this problem occurring immediately after you performed your latest update.
I would very much appreciate it if someone would give my problem a little more consideration.

ADDENDUM:
I should point out that you somehow replied to my previous review concerning my IPhone 6..over 2 years ago..which,if I recall,developed the same problem that I have now.
So..please consider this current review as a new problem,with my IPhone SE..

Addendum 2:
I have been informed on why my claim submission attempts failed.
My daughter looked at the problem and found that my IPhone SE 
text size setting was set to ‘LARGE’..
Consequently, that made the ‘SELECT’ button on the claim submission form inaccessible..
My daughter reset it..(the text size setting)..to’DEFAULT’ and that allowed me to submit my claim successfully.
Strange but true.. 
I do apologize if I have caused a stir.
However,hopefully you can keep that little SNAFU fix in your inventory,if it arises again..
Please show my review as now resolved, and take 5 stars to the bank!

Web site says install this app to get my ID cards. I install the app and instead the app asks me to scan my ID cards into it. Other questions about benefits are equally problematic. Removing the app at this point. Adds zero value to users.

Can’t even get back into the app all of a sudden! Not accepting NOTHING that I enter and this is totally unacceptable! This is supposed to be able to allow me to access ALL my records and be able to make payments and don’t let me get started on customer service!

The answer to any question I ask about my benefits is to look at my plan documents.  In other words, it’s a waste of memory and data.

For OTC products they require LMN. FSA transactions are declined. For itemized bills of procedures not covered by the insurance they ask for EOB letters. It’s all messed up. They have people working outside the US, with our healthcare data, who are requesting things that don’t apply to the medical procedures we’re having. I’m exhausted with this administrator.

I've hit logout over 100 times to log out of my old company to log into my new company however it says I'm logging out and then instantly logged me straight back in without me doing a single thing it literally refuses to log me out
