And why would you have backend services that often crash? Terrible, terrible app and the products are no longer competitive either. ### 1/5 — Horrible app *2025-01-10, version 2.0.17* Uploading is extremely slow. Which I guess entails calling Cigna: another usually fruitless endeavour as they use the same search method and give you a random list of numbers for doctors who are closed!
