I tried to reset like 3 times but nothing happened!!! Unbelievable piece of crappy app!!! And there is no customer support!!!! However was able to login with the same account and password through the web! WHAT AN APP!!! What a bad user experience right at the beginning! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Poorly designed app *2025-05-29, version 2.0.24* Why would you not have the ability to save your bank details for claims, and why would you regularly reset the token so you have to manually login every three months? And why would you have backend services that often crash? Which I guess entails calling Cigna: another usually fruitless endeavour as they use the same search method and give you a random list of numbers for doctors who are closed!
