She was very helpful, knowledgeable and addressed my issue in the most efficient time possible. The Cigna rep. went as far as calling the pharmacy directly to ensure the problem was smoothed out before ending our conversation. The Cigna service totally exceeded my expectations. I was really worried I wouldn’t get my medication on time. The rep. assured me my health was her top priority and it was. She clearly demonstrated it with action! She deserves the accolades. I have still been getting snail mail about my premiums for months. I NEED to have a reminder through the app about my premiums being due and a way to pay them easily. People are busy. They probably download the app to make keeping up with important things like this easier, but so far there’s not been any point to having the app. Please fix this and the app would be worth having ### 1/5 — Terrible usability and buggy for prescriptions *2026-07-30, version 7.26.0* Major bugs and usability gaps. Like, the prescriptions page doesn’t have my address (even though they do have it) and demands it when I renew. But there is a system error when I try. Also, if you want to submit a prescription claim, the option to do that is buried. If you don’t find it and you submit the prescription claim under medical (the default), it will accept your submission, but then nothing will happen. ### 1/5 — Wellness points are worthless *2026-07-30, version 7.26.0* I made it to level 2 in wellness and didn’t get any reward like the pdf I had said I would so I asked support and it turns out points do absolutely nothing. I don’t understand the point of wellness if they don’t benefit me in any way. I miss UHC. Wish my company hadn’t switched.
