Tried to load my information to set it up, as I am a new policyholder … the app continued to fail!!! First time, entered all my Information, but it did not like my user name so it deleted everything … tried again “to set it up”, but after entering all my information … it said “account not found” (I know - I am setting it up for the first time)! Became evident it was not user friendly and now too tired to try anymore. Will allow a few days for the programmers to fix it, then will try again! ### 1/5 — Awful *2025-12-17* Won’t even let me log in ### 1/5 — Over-the-counter card problems *2025-12-12* It is very hard to review products to see if they can be paid for by the card. You have to go to a separate website and right now it says that it cannot find my camera on my phone so I can’t scan the barcodes.
