No longer able to price a drug from a retail pharmacy.  Eternally loop to mail order.  Not my preference so, useless…

Absolute garbage. Tried to load my information to set it up, as I am a new policyholder … the app continued to fail!!!

First time, entered all my
Information, but it did not like my user name so it deleted everything … tried again “to set it up”, but after entering all my information  … it said “account not found” (I know - I am setting it up for the first time)! 

Became evident it was not user friendly and now too tired to try anymore. Will allow a few days for the programmers to fix it, then will try again!

It is very hard to review products to see if they can be paid for by the card. You have to go to a separate website and right now it says that it cannot find my camera on my phone so I can’t scan the barcodes. It also allows you only a short period of time to check items then it kicks you off.

The ID card for medical is no longer available.
No EOB or payment history available.
It took 3 days to get to the “web support”.
It was a painful experience. All I got from this was an incident ticket#, that I could check on in 7-10 business days.
Way to go Cigna!

Man this app does not work. I can’t even log in. I get a prompt there’s a new portal, I get a prompt to click the link and log in. I’m constantly asked to enter a code. Then it gives me an error. Try the app and I can’t log in either. Something is wrong in the back end and their team needs to figure it out. They need to QA or test this app. It’s broken.

No longer can see your plan d.  Unable to change profile number after several attempts and countless codes. Same claims that have processed switching from processed to processing depending on time of day you view them. Also deductible reset to 0.00 paid.  Useless app.
