The actual insurance is great, priced well, and covers everything I need.  However the app is weirdly barebones/old fashioned, and has one of the weirdest things I’ve experienced, which is that the bill is available to add to Apple wallet, but the insurance card isn’t.  That doesn’t make too much sense.

You need to be able to upload photos through the app in the situation of filing a claim.  If I were in an accident one can’t upload pictures of the accident, other parties ID or insurance information.

Any time I get on your website it shows none of our policy information making it look like we haven’t got insurance

Everything a guy could need from an app is right here in this one. I love the accessibility to ride well which is my favorite app for judging my driving! I understand they never surcharge for that so it’s great cause all I can do is save money on my auto insurance! Thank you for all you do with this app because it’s amazing.

Registering was smooth and felt secure. The password restrictions are a little annoying (therefore, can’t use Apple’s strong password suggestions) but not a barrier. Accessed ID cards, which were optimized for phone screen and printed fine. That is what we wanted the app for, so success!

I am very sorry mpressed with this app. You can view ID Cards, policy documents, submit several types of claims and even has driver behavior discount feature. Works great!

Worthless app. I spent 20 minutes trying to register and it kept giving me errors that my phone number was in an incorrect format.  What???? I tried it with 1 before the area code and then without a 1. Then every phone number I am associated with and nothing worked. Frustrating. I never leave feedback on apps, but this one really irritated me.
