### 1/5 — No value

*2026-08-04, version 7.5.30*

I had high hopes for this app as I listened to The Circadian Code audiobook. Sadly, the app is an abandoned failure. Enter all the data you want, but you won’t get reports or support. Guessing Dr. Panda paid an intern to create the app and the intern is long gone.

### 3/5 — Update Issue

*2026-02-01, version 7.5.24*

The app was working ok until two days ago after I updated it. Now all of my info is sitting in the pending area and it will not go through and I keep getting errors. I also am not able to use the “contact us” section on the app for the reporting the issue as I am getting errors .

### 1/5 — Very Buggy/Unusable

*2026-01-31, version 7.5.24*

This app is a great idea and comes from a book supposedly written by the app creator, that has some really good ideas and concepts. The app, however, doesn't generate reports. You get error codes instead.

There's also no way to access or download the data. Hence, no workaround. On top of that, about 60 days worth of data just got deleted, going by my "streak" which just reset to 0, despite my using the app daily for about half a year.

You'd think the doctor might spend a fraction of his royalties on getting a proper app made.

### 3/5 — Latest update

*2026-01-30, version 7.5.24*

Your latest update erased all my streaks. Starting from zero again

### 3/5 — Warning.

*2025-07-04, version 7.5.16*

You are to enter sensitive data such as income and email address to activate. Inappropriate data scraping.

### 1/5 — Glitchy

*2025-05-21, version 7.5.16*

Recorded all info for 15 day baseline and it was unable to upload information - will be moving on to something else. Do appreciate the blog info but the app doesn’t function.

### 1/5 — Needs Improvement

*2025-05-14, version 7.5.16*

Surprised that coming out of the Salk Institute this app would be so archaic and not user friendly. I’m sensitive to nnEMFs yet using this app forces me to connect to the Internet for every activity logged. Oura Apple Garmen and several other tracking devices record and store data and allow the user to log data while not connected to Bluetooth, WiFi or cellular data. This is a non negotiable for me, having to wake up turn on my WiFi and stare at blue light from the screen before I get outside for sunrise? This app would make me more sick!

### 3/5 — Utilisation compliquée

*2025-03-09, version 7.5.14*

### 4/5 — Good but needs some work

*2025-03-02, version 7.5.13*

The app is really useful to have an idea about what you eat and when you eat it. However every 2/3rd adding of water and food seems to not go through to the servers. Overall good, but still needs improvements.

### 3/5 — Please

*2025-02-14, version 7.5.13*

Add feature to get informations about sleep, walking or other things from Apple Health
