No matter what number I saw, I was never satisfied. In an effort to rebuild my relationship with food and my health, my dietitian recommended that I download the MyClearStep App and purchase the scale. I can’t begin to express how much doing so has supported me in my eating disorder recovery. I can not explain in words how helpful it is in her recovery process. She is not afraid to step on the scale ( she doesn’t receive any feedback about her weight), me and her clinician get the results. We are in control of her weights thanks to My MyClearStep method and scale. However, I only just purchased mine and it is giving me issues. Sometimes it does not capture the weight at all. Otherwise, it asks me to recalibrate (take batteries out for 5 min and then restart).
