I’ve tried opening it on data and wifi and have even left the screen on it for over 10 minutes without anything happening. Please fix this!!! **Developer response:** I'm very sorry to hear about the problem you encountered. We have seen this happen before when an ad blocker was installed on the phone. Please disable or delete it, and try my.Clemson again to see if that fixes it. If not, please let us know and we will work with you to fix it. Thanks! ### 5/5 — Saved my life *2019-08-15, version 1.19.1* The map on this app has saved my life. It is interactive and even features downtown stores and restaurants as well as all of your class buildings or any locations on campus that you will need help with locating in the first few days. It also has some other nice features like Canvas but I’m not using those currently. **Developer response:** We are very happy that the Map is helping you out. Seems to lack the user interface of a "general search" button that will work for the whole Clemson site. Not what you would expect from a school well-known for outstanding technological education. Update: over a yr later, the GPS on this app is very weak; the search engine says older buildings on campus don't exist & DON'T Bother trying to find a new building! **Developer response:** Hello k9alliance, Thank you for your feedback. You will be glad to know that an integrated, across-the-app search feature is being implemented for my.Clemson 2.0, which will be the next major release of the my.Clemson app. As the campus landscape continually evolves, our team works diligently to update the map when new buildings come online and older buildings go offline. Additions such as Core Campus, the Watt Family Innovation Center, and the Barnes Center are all reflected in the my.Clemson map. I was able to find where all my classes were, plus you can check your grades on it. You can also find bus routes and parking availability which is really helpful. Parking is always way low, but doesn't occasionally show 100% full. Usually when a lot is full it says 60-80%. Buses occasionally off but not consistently. Usually good there but might not pick up on all the changes due to weather etc. **Developer response:** Hello MTSdF, Thank you for your feedback. Because of feedback from users such as yourself, we decided to remove the parking availability feature from the app. The vendor that provided the service was not able to meet the precision and accuracy specifications that we require in order to make that app reliable for users like you.
