What this app really needs to be is an interactive map of where to go and specifically how to get there. As I walk around all I see are lost patients. The hospital is a 5 Star hospital. Unfortunately, the app does not rise to the same level of success. ### 3/5 — Meets need *2023-08-15, version 2.1.1553* Not bad app. Seems like all healthcare apps are the same and at least this one does what i needed. Not sure why healthcare apps are so blah. Engage me! ### 2/5 — App needs updating *2023-05-22* The app functions well for accessing MyChart but you can not connect to the express care functions without calling a special number then setting up an account etc. It took me several hours and several logins and disconnects to finally get to talk to a doctor. App is terrible. Don’t recommend it ### 2/5 — Information really needed is not there *2022-02-02* I need my operative note for GI surgeon that used to work and operate at The Cleveland Clinic. He has since moved on. I need my operative report in order to schedule another surgery and it is not recorded on myMy Chart. I have to do it the old fashioned way. Make a pile of phone calls and since my Fax machine isn’t working at the moment have to find a nearest Fax machine. It would be trillions easier if I or any physician who needed the report had access to it. I’m sure there are a lot of other reports like x-rays and results of other tests like CT scans and MRI’s were available. The problem is, either the Patients moves on or the Doctor moves on and it would be greatly helpful. Thank You, Darlene Radke. PS I hope you continue to be innovative and start including more than blood work and appointments in MY CHART. Blood work may be interesting for the patient to look at and maybe ask questions but things like Surgical Notes, CT scans, and MRI’s may make a big difference in future care. Time to erase the app and build it from scratch. ### 1/5 — The Most Unintuitive App *2026-04-10* I genuinely cannot believe someone made this app and thought “yeah, this is good work. I’m proud of this” - Looking for a doctor? Cumbersome. Trying to book an apt? Cumbersome. Want to look for a new physician? Gotta call cuz the apt booking doesn’t make any sense at all and it’s just easier to call. I have a cpap machine that says “use the app to order supplies.” There is nowhere in the app where I can order supplies. Lol - a brand as recognizable as the CC should have a better app than this. The passcode and ID number that was given did not work. ### 1/5 — Bad website for a large company as Cleveland *2023-12-14* MyChart was a lot easier to maneuver that this site they claim has been revised and updated. Little to nada information when we access this frigging website of a large Health Facility as Cleveland. Pay and hire someone with credentials to design a user friendly site. ### 1/5 — Useless *2023-10-16* It won’t let me add or delete a member of my Care Team, and doing so is unavailable in Settings. Not one of my health records (doctors’ notes, test results, etc.) is there. There is no FAQ section to address this, nor is it in the Settings. This app is worthless, and I wish I’d never downloaded it. ### 1/5 — Most aggravating process to change! Stick with old MyChart *2023-07-24* Most aggravating process to change passwords which they demand. Tried 5 times, if your use a password manager it’s next to impossible. Im giving up and use the old my chart. Why didn’t transfer existing password and user name? Never should have updated it when it worked fine before! 😡 ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Dr Phoebe Lin's Excellent Skills are very much appreciated *2025-10-07* I had an exam today with the Retina Specialist, Dr Phoebe Lin, due to my recently discovered macular degeneration, although I have been told that I've had it for some time. Doctor Phoebe Lin was meticulous in her examination of my eyes. She gave me a thorough review of my visit. She also made suggestions as to the vitamins and my diet which would keep it from progressing. She was interested in my glasses and we had a wonderful conversation about what I could do to keep the macular degeneration from getting any worse. I am very grateful to her. I would suggest one improvement though: it’s not obvious HOW to use FaceID from the login screen (I had previously enabled it in the settings). The app logged me out (which is fine - the session expired), I clicked re-authenticate, and then I thought I had to enter my username and password again, not realizing you could click the smiley face (just happened to click it on a hunch).
