I SUBSCRIBED FOR RS1 MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION AND GOT CHARGED THE FULL 300 AMOUNT THE NEXT DAY WITHOUT ADDITIONAL CONSENT.

I found no option to cancel my subscription in the app, nor there is an option to delete bank card details. I contacted myco through email and their response confirmed that my subscription has been cancelled. However, the next i was again charged for it... Not Recommmended!

I downloaded the app to watch a premier league game. After downloading and paying, at first it kept saying stream is down. Then when it worked, it was delayed and laggy.

This is not the standard we aim to provide. Our streams are continuously monitored and were working from our end. During high-traffic matches, brief buffering may occur due to network fluctuations.

### 1/5 — Subscription Trap - Impossible to Cancel

Do not subscribe to this app. They offer a $5 trial but then jump to $15 without a functional way to unsubscribe in the app settings. When you try to delete your account, they tell you it will take 90 days, which is just a way to keep charging your card. There is no "Cancel" button to be found. I’ve had to contact my bank to block them. Absolute scam behavior. Avoid!

Please note that during the subscription checkout process, the Terms & Conditions and auto-renewal details are clearly displayed for review before completing the payment. As per our policy, subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle and are non-refundable.

That said, you can easily manage your subscription anytime. Simply go to your profile section in the app, scroll down, and tap on “Cancel Subscription.” You can also access this option in the web by logging into your account on a desktop or laptop and canceling it from there. Once canceled, you will not be charged in the next billing cycle.

If you’re unable to find the cancel option on both the app and the web, please reach out to us at support@myco.io with screenshots from both platforms as proof, and we will assist you by canceling it from our end.
