However, the app has consistently failed to function properly, especially with Jio Fence and attendance tracking. I raised the issue multiple times, but after repeated attempts, it became clear that their technology simply does not work for me. They initially committed to providing a refund, but now they are avoiding responsibility and not responding. Mr. Utsav keeps redirecting me to other management members, who are also unresponsive. After 10 months follow-ups This has been a highly frustrating experience.
