## What is myCoach Connect?

myCoach Connect brings a research-based model of effective coaching to your teachers in an easy-to-use, video-based online platform. With myCoach Connect, teachers can easily schedule and virtually engage in personalized sessions with a dedicated expert coach selected based on smart-match criteria. myCoach Connect is designed to help teachers improve outcomes for their students through intentionally observing, analyzing, and discussing brief, key moments of their own teaching to focus and refine the practices we know have the greatest impact on student’s learning and development.  This app makes it quick and easy for you to record and upload your video for your coaching session.
