The MyCOBenefits App provides a simple and secure way to manage your Food (SNAP) and Cash assistance benefits right from your phone. You can apply for benefits, manage your PEAK account, complete your recertification, request supportive payments, and view your current EBT card balance and transactions. SNAP provides food assistance benefits as part of a federal nutrition program to help low-income households purchase food. Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) cards are issued to receive the SNAP benefits for a household. Colorado Works, also known as Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), provides a cash benefit to low-income families which include children (or a pregnancy). The program offers a wide array of supports including ongoing cash assistance, help with emergency expenses, education, job preparation and employment services. Adult Financial Programs provide cash assistance to low-income Colorado residents under various programs. Old Age Pension (OAP) provides a cash benefit to low-income adults ages 60 years or older. Aid to the Needy Disabled – Colorado Supplement (AND-CS) provides cash assistance to those 0-59 years of age who are receiving SSI due to a disability or blindness but are not receiving the full SSI grant amount. After entering the PIN, the number keypad will not go away, which means you cannot access or press the “Done” button to continue. This is a basic login function and should have been caught and fixed. For an app people rely on to access important benefits, this is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. Please fix the iPhone keyboard/PIN issue. ### 1/5 — Can’t get past the PIN number on a mobile phone *2026-06-14, version 2.36.0* It made me set up a pin number or code to use the app. But I can’t get the screen to go away after entering the code. Keyboards block input and there is no way to adjust it.
