So here I am with my groceries and the dang app is frozen. I can’t even get in to unfreeze my card to use it… I restarted my phone that did not help. The UX isn’t intuitive nor does the app encourage its use. I find accessing my case information and updating my profile complicated and feel I have to relearn the app each time I use it. I just go to the app. Also I can check my balance at anytime without having to call the number on the back of my SNAP card enter all 16 digits of the card plus birthday etc. I just pop open the app then identify with my fingerprint and check my balance. After entering the PIN, the number keypad will not go away, which means you cannot access or press the “Done” button to continue. This is a basic login function and should have been caught and fixed. For an app people rely on to access important benefits, this is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. Please fix the iPhone keyboard/PIN issue. ### 1/5 — Can’t get past the PIN number on a mobile phone *2026-06-14, version 2.36.0* It made me set up a pin number or code to use the app. But I can’t get the screen to go away after entering the code. Keyboards block input and there is no way to adjust it. I go to type my pin. It pulls up the numbers to enter, but that covers the “ done” button and I can’t minimize it either to hit “done” which means I can’t log in. UPDATE: yes, Its the most up to date version. The pin log in doesn’t work if u try to log in using a pin rather than password.
