For the past few days, I’ve been unable to log in and check my coin balance. Additionally, the ‘Forgot Password’ feature does not send any information to reset my password, leaving me locked out without any support. This has been a frustrating experience, and it makes me question the reliability of this platform. ### 4/5 — Missing deposit. Update: I got support via chat.
