Update: I got support via chat. Slow but job done *2023-10-03* They don’t have a support chat or help enter. And few of my deposits are missing. The rewards on this platform are very good, especially for Cartesi. It works great on Android but on my IPhone I have to retry a few times before it logs me in. Looks like it crashes. I am sure a small fix would do it. ### 3/5 — Terrible App, Amazing Staking Through Web *2021-08-11, version 1.4.0* MyCointainer as a staking service has been outstanding. 2 issues. **1 - the App does not open with any consistency and won’t open 19 out of 20 times. It is the only app I’ve ever used that does this. ** 2 - the 48-96 hour waiting period to undelegate my staked tokens is AWFUL because I’ve lost out on being able to sell tokens that spike and I could have made a hefty profit. This is quite irritating. ### 3/5 — Needs some fixing but still useful *2021-05-27, version 1.4.0* I’m sure this app worked great at one time but recently the icons don’t show up and positioning of icons (or lack there of) are off. It does however report accurately my rewards in both time total and Euro value. NOTE: I read on their site that they will be adding currency conversions eventually. Once the kinks are worked out this will be a great app for checking on your stacks. ### 2/5 — App is broken! *2021-04-18, version 1.4.0* This app leaves a lot to be desired. It worked for a little bit with only a few hiccups. Many of the icons don’t show up properly and navigation can be confusing because of that. However, now the app refuses to open and I can only access it through a browser. Please fix this! ### 3/5 — BEGINNING STAGE *2021-03-28, version 1.4.0* The website is superior to the app and the website is hella glitchy. It does not allow you to manually switch to your currency of preferred choice and will it exchange it with euro 💶 automatically which is an extra layer of undesired process. I will keep checking this out to see if they put more work into their foundation before making a purchase. Not good enough and no in-app support. ### 5/5 — Great App, Great Service, Awesome Support *2021-03-04, version 1.4.0* I’ve been staking coins in various wallets trying to get the best return and because some wallets or exchanges only support staking of certain coins. MyCointainer has a huge selection of stakeable crypto with great rates and with their Power Max monthly membership, there are no staking fees. Plus they throw in free bonus coins when you exchange or buy coins. For the past few days, I’ve been unable to log in and check my coin balance. Additionally, the ‘Forgot Password’ feature does not send any information to reset my password, leaving me locked out without any support. This has been a frustrating experience, and it makes me question the reliability of this platform. ### 1/5 — Can’t even create an account 🤦🏻‍♀️ *2023-03-11* Tried to sign up, it said there was an error. Tried again, said my email was already in use. I figured the first error message must have been a mistake then. So, I go to sign in, and there isn’t an account registered with that email. Checked my email and have no messages. Haven’t even gotten into the app yet & it’s already more trouble than it’s worth. **Developer response:** We are really sorry about this. You will never get your crypto back. Do not send any crypto to mycointainer. All the positive reviews for this app are fake. Please remove this app and the scammers that promote it ### 1/5 — Scam *2021-12-20, version 1.4.0* Do not put your coins into this app or on their website. They have been “performing maintenance” on my coins for over 6 months and won’t let me take them back. Please don’t make the same mistake I did by trusting them ### 1/5 — so glitchy *2021-12-20* App keeps crashing, fix this please ### 1/5 — DO NOT RISK IT, folks *2021-11-01, version 1.4.0* This app and this organization are not ready for primetime. The app itself is buggy and doesn’t display holdings properly nor allow navigation around the bug. The organization is nonresponsive and NONE of the Contact Links work. After successfully funding and staking once, my second attempt has gone missing despite correctly following instructions. No response from customer support in over 10 hours after filing a missing deposit claim (does the link even work?). Also the interface for beginning a monthly subscription is buggy and billed me twice forcing me to file a dispute on paypal. I have given these folks many opportunities but they appear to have screwed them up….not even sure i can get my staked funds back….havent tried because am still awaiting some kind of response feom this org. FOLKS DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE unless and until you see multiple posts on internet of positive experiences. At the time i checked they were running about fifty fifty for and against.
