Nothing about this app worked. 
-did not download the tour to one phone
-did not pick up appropriate spots to begin narration 
-narration length is wholly mismatched from the guided tour if you’re in a different language group

Whoever designed this experience needs to rethink the whole thing because it nearly ruined the entire experience for me.

Don’t bother.  A scam when it is sold as an upsell to a tour. The app crashed 6 times while simply trying to read the info. And it could not access data (while I could open any other app eg BBC News, and get updates). I pre-read some of the info that would be spoken during the tour. Interesting but basic.  The app organisers need to bring in better app programmers.

Pretty poor functionality but really bad English audio with a very strong Chinese accent
There are huge numbers of British voice over artists that don’t cost a fortune to employ so why use someone with a poor accent that was difficult to follow ?

Audioguida con bug importanti (nonostante gli aggiornamenti), in quanto nel percorso ordinario non carica le varie lingue e invece negli altri intinerari funziona soltanto l’ucraino. Pure la guida ufficiale era sconsolata.

Really a shame that they wouldn’t put more effort into their own guided tour. The narration is bland and sounds AI generated. The audio is hard to hear. The app is glitchy and slow. Like, you’re the Roman Colosseum, put a sliver of the effort they put in to building the actual colosseum to building an app that is supposed to translate the wonders of one of the wonders of the world.

English version is an earsore. The developers should have asked a native speaker to read the text. The English text itself is dry and lacks Italian flavour. Pure facts and too much information packed in a 3 min audio track. 
User experience leaves much to be desired. And you better download all the audio files beforehand.

Very confusing. Different segments for different parts of Colosseum, and the tracking works badly. Audio cuts in and out. Text segments are too long and words are often poorly pronounced in English.

This app works great. Download your audio tour on WiFi before visit if you have an international mobile network. It’s start audio tour when approach a significant location. Very useful.

Others might have had issues with this app, but my experience was just fine. The audio played while I was at the colosseum. The information was very informative. I downloaded and played the audio manually instead of having it “automatically play”. Good free app and I recommend to everyone interested in the colosseum, whether you’re in Rome or not.

Die App will eigentlich nur ein Guide für die verschiedenen Touren durchs Kolosseum, keine All-in-one Ticketlösung. Und das macht sie durchaus gut und modern.

Die Audios lassen sich vorher herunterladen. Und die App nutzt per Bluetooth-Beacon den Standort und spielt automatisch den passenden Ton ab. Zumindest in Theorie.

Die Praxis scheitert mehr an der unglücklichen Streckenführung im Kolosseum selbst. Die Gehrichtung ist nicht offensichtlich, und nie Nummern der Stationen sind einfach zu klein und versteckt. Es würde schon helfen zu wissen, auf welchem Stockwerk man gerade sein soll.

Auf jeden Fall eine gute Option, wen man keine Führung buchen konnte oder wollte.

How is that MyColosseum since it previous physical audio guide devices had many more languages. On top of that GPS doesn’t really work that great in between these thick walls, so you have to manually select stops, again this wasn’t problem with previous devices.
