I’ve tried many times to make a payment by clicking on billing and nothing happens. I try to look at my policy and nothing. Nothing opens when you press the buttons within the app. The website is just as horrible. It won’t let you look at or download your policies. All you see is the ‘welcome’ letter you get when you buy a policy. It won’t let you look at claims. It won’t let you cancel automatic monthly withdrawal from your bank account. You can only add a new payment option. When you try to call, you have to jump through endless hoops to try to get a human. Then you are put on hold, for forever. You select the option to have a representative call you back when they are ‘available’ and guess what? You never get a call back! If I ever get ahold of a rep, I’m canceling EVERYTHING!! On both the website and the app. The app is worse. They don’t want you to call and handle things and always refer you back to their mediocre app. I’ve called to do what I have to do via the phone and couldn’t get a real response and was getting the run around leading me back to the app. They only got one star because I had to give a rating. Can’t pay my premium as the app literally says I have a premium due, but when I go to pay it…it says I have 0 due. You can’t view anything in it . I can’t get a hold of anyone whether is through a message or call .. I’m so fed up with it , and there’s no one to help. I’m so DISAPPOINTED and DISGUSTED!!! ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work properly! *2024-12-27, version 1.0.5* This application seems to be framed illogically in its frame to frame scripts; it’s very basic and freezes often, that’s when it’s not completely bugged! A company the size of CHUBB without an adequate app says a lot! Plus, the translations from English to French are terrible; payments is paiements for a blatant example, not “payments” in French. This application froze on me while making a claim; I truly think it’s time I chose another insurance provider… To add to my deception, Combined Insurance of Canada has downplayed their analysis of my 2022 claim; which led to having no funds/payments for an accident that occurred which I was supposed to have been paid according to my Insurance Policy!!!! 😳🤬😡🤬😡 ### 1/5 — Hire a proper tech company *2024-12-01, version 1.0.5* Combined is an awesome company. Their app and website are pure garbage tough. Hey Combined! It’s time to hire a proper technology contractor. Valtech comes to mind as a contractor that could handle your account. No I don’t work there. ### 1/5 — Slow *2024-10-25* The app doesn’t work and your website is slower. I’m tired of having to call and wait for some customer service rep. But honestly it’s faster than using either of the other options mentioned before. I would prefer not to talk to people to pay my bill but you guys always force me to. This was a great opportunity to make sure my information was current and I had a couple updates to do. Took very little time to change what was needed. Then I took a walk down memory lane looking at my policies and prior claims. I was reminded of how great it has been to do business with Combined over the years. This app is a great addition to my experience as a customer. The app is fast, easy to use, intuitively designed, and gave me all the right options I would want to have.
