She really took great care of me and her compassionate and attentive care was deeply appreciated! My only strong recommendation is to have gluten free crackers for those of us with allergies. My mom had to go get some for me because the super sugary pudding and rice crispy treats were not sitting in my stomach well and all the sugar was the last thing I needed after surgery. I really hope they carry sugar free, gluten free crackers. ### 2/5 — Repeat Info Demanded *2025-06-05* I saw this clinic last week and for a follow-up tomorrow I'm required to re-input all my insurance info not once but TWICE! I gave it to you last week, I gave it to you a month ago. I gave it to you 6 weeks ago. How many times do I need to submit the same dang info??? This is beyond frustrating. It's a total waste of my time. My info hasn't changed in 6 years and I've been to this clinic dozens of times. Figure it out! The other thing is ALL my communication from the Common Spirit app “originates” from a clinic I've never been to (2 zoom visits last year) but Common Spirit app can't seem to send notifications from the ACTUAL clinic that is sending communications. Scheduling was hard though, always busy and full, so if you need to go to the doctors more than usual, this is not a good place for you. After my test results I had questions/concerns and called and messaged the clinic asking them to explain and for me to talk on the phone with my doctor. No one would call me and instead the assistance told me to stop messaging the portal. And STILL no one would call or even care about my concerns. I will be leaving once I can get a different insurance with work. ### 2/5 — Scheduling system *2024-12-18, version 10.9.2* When calling the pain clinic I was told I was first in the queue and they would be with me shortly. 20 minutes later I’m still waiting and they’re giving the advice to leave a message. I pressed the number one button and it doesn’t allow me to leave a message. The settings screen shows that my change was saved as I specified, yet the home page still shows the Medications shortcut. In addition, both the app and web site make it too hard to see where my vaccination history is visible. ### 3/5 — Name change disrupting my data *2024-10-14* Since switching from Centura to MyCommonSpirit, my data has stopped sharing to my health app and I am no longer able to see my data the way I was used to seeing it. The health app keeps asking me to sign into my Centura account but Centura does not exist anymore and MyCommonSpirit is not an option on there as of now. I am hoping this does not affect my data from my previous visits when this was Centura. The nurse was very rude and condescending. She lied to me three times. She did not ever give me a call button. I am elderly and disabled, and there was no reason For her rudeness! The doctor was stonefaced and gave no information. Want to compare your blood work with tests performed when you saw your family doctor to learn what has changed? Nope can’t do that without downloading or printing the record and then printing the data from your doctor. I am using an iPad and an iPhone why can’t my entire record be loaded into the Health app so I can easily access it and securely store it? Why do they assume they are the only healthcare provider I am using? Now that MyCommonSpirit bought it out this app no longer sends my data to my phone. Or if it does I’ve been working on it for over an hour and I can’t find it, and therefore it’s poor design at the very least. MyChart is the backend of this, no? Same as mycentura? And on their site they list Apple health as a feature? This hospital hands down knows what they are doing. I love everything about them from the employees, the patient portal, to the fast testing results, billing and payment arrangement, and how they call me ahead of time on what my cost is going to be and setting arrangements up that are reasonable. They are AMAZING!!! I wish Common Spirt would buy out the SWMC hospital in Liberal Ks because they are horrible and won’t have anything done there. Common Spirit (St Catherine’s) in Garden City Ks … YOU ROCK!!! ### 5/5 — An exceptional place *2025-08-18* I really enjoy going to the doctor here. The staff at St Anthony’s north cancer center (Dr. Bernicker, Meg, Annette, Martha) And the rest of the team, have made my new journey a little easier, staff always has a smile on their face, always so kind & ready to answer any questions I may have. My new life is a little easier having a wonderful team by my side!! Their new tracking system was great to keep my family informed of where I was at during my surgery! All the nurses and doctors were friendly.
