The app could be so much better. This is a powerful tool to really engage with the community and address the really poor communication across the camps.

An example is Bran Bakery, now closed for two weeks, showing as open on the app and not a single communication to the residents as to why?

In the cafes, why can’t you upload menus? Wife wanted pizza, but isn’t going to go there to find out in this heat, so we resort to off camp.

In shops, Korean Store closed months ago!! Still listed.

Najmah library - only shows surf house, doesn’t mention other by Art Studio.

Why can’t you publish bus times on here, as there are no updated timetables posted and those that are around are incorrect. The bus app never worked.

Notifications should be camp specific, I don’t care about what’s happening with road closures, or power outages in other camps.

Some facility times, in the past have been incorrect as our daughter found out with the gym.

Lastly, special events are no good communicated on the day and often an hour before. Example is special meals, we get an email 2 hours prior to Aramcons only, and never to our dependents. This is a wasted opportunity.

Everything feels last minute and events seem targeted to those renting at weekends rather than residents who live here.

This is a lousy & inoperable Application. Aramco Services Company did not link it to Aramco Systems. What a Shame!!!

I am writing this review out of growing frustration with the services at this gym. Each time I visit, I face the recurring issue of having to ask for paper towels. Incredibly, I'm informed they have run out or I'm begrudgingly given just one as they need to save the few they have left for others. It's perplexing, considering not every member requests a paper towel. There should be a surplus available for those who do.

I generally use one towel to wipe the sweat off my brow and another as a headband. When I request two, I am met with reluctance from the staff. This is unacceptable. Surely, with digital entry logs, management could anticipate demand and avoid this shortage, allowing for at least an extra towel upon request.

Additionally, the sauna service is substandard. It tends to trip during the later hours about two to three times a week. This is exceedingly frustrating, and although I am informed that it's due to a circuit breaker issue, as a regular gym user, I expect fully operational facilities. Proper monitoring and maintenance of the sauna are essential to avoid such outages and customer disappointment.

I strongly believe that a partnership with Aramco's facility management could prevent these issues. A tailored survey addressing such concerns could be useful to gather member feedback and improve the overall customer experience.

Today, during an evening visit, when fewer members were present due to maintenance, I naively anticipated adequate paper towel supply. However, the supervisor could only offer one due to a complete shortage. A proper stock management system should be in place to ensure excellent customer service, which is severely lacking.

I have repeatedly raised these issues with the Reception Supervisor during my visits, yet the situation appears to be worsening. I wish for my feedback to remain anonymous but would appreciate a response outlining how these concerns will be addressed and services improved.
