I wanted to make my payment, but it’s impossible to do it through this app. It’s ridiculous — I wonder who even developed this app. After a few months, I tried to log into my account, but I had forgotten my password. No matter how many times I try to reset my password, it doesn’t work

It’s not even a full on dedicated app, more like a web browser that barely works! Most of the options don’t work properly, and you’re better off using the browser than this clunky app.

I hesitate to even call this an app because it appears to be just a wrapper for the website. Functionality is terrible. I was not able to accomplish a single task. At the very least, a health insurance app should store an electronic version of one’s card for offline use. If that exists, I couldn’t find it. Very poor effort.
