The app is often blocked by hotel or hospital servers and now I have issues with my own wifi. And I’ve already spoken with customer services several times and no one seems to be able to figure it out. **Developer response:** Thanks for the note, Anthony, and thanks for using MyCompHealth! Give it a shot and let us know if you have any other problems. ### 2/5 — Doesn’t work *2024-10-24* It doesn’t matter if I’m logged onto Wi-Fi or not. This app no longer provide me with the information that I need. I’ve had to delete the app, reinstall it. There’s no way for me to actually log out in the app when it’s not working. It won’t show me anything regarding my profile. This kind of defeats the purpose of having everything easily accessible, especially if I run into problems traveling.
