- Reactions and comments to talk about each post.
- A bell with everything you received and have not read yet.

COMMUNITY WALL
- Neighbors share posts with photos.
- Moderated by the building management.

BOOKINGS
- Barbecue areas, event rooms, gym, laundry and every bookable common space.
- Up-to-date availability and all your bookings in one place.

CONCIERGE
- A notice when a parcel arrives for you.
- Visitor log and guest pre-authorization.
- Issues and requests to management, with follow-up.

VIDEO CALLS AND CONVERSATIONS
- Video calls between neighbors, the committee and the concierge.
- Unit conversations and private messages.

DIRECTORY AND DOCUMENTS
- Building staff profiles and community documents.
- Recommended nearby shops and services.
- Public traffic cameras in your area.

MANAGEMENT
- A panel for managers and committees: people, units, spaces and content.
- Role-based permissions: everyone sees only what is theirs.

PRIVACY
Your personal data is processed under Chilean Law 21,719 on personal data protection. You can request the deletion of your account from within the app.

MyComuApp is available to communities that subscribe to the service. Your account is created by your building management.
