Even though this is supposed to help you pay your bill using this application, it acts like your account does not exist. They should remove this useless application as this serves no purpose. You are forced to go online and pay your bill.

We were using the app to make payments but it’s not working now. When are you going to update the app?

I have been trying to make a payment through the app but it’s only giving me a try again message. Therefore I searched for my previous email and was able to log in to my account. Is anybody else having the same issue?
