I copied the value straight from my bill and it still says incorrect value. I can’t even get past the second sign-up page because of this. It’s easier to pay on their website or in person. Downloading this app was a waste of time. ### 1/5 — New update is not working *2020-09-26* The new update the happen some time in September is terrible. I am unable get past the log in screen. It ask for my login info and once you enter it, it will not let up scroll up to access the login button. You can hit the return button to login and there is no way to move the keyboard to login, since keyboard is what is preventing you from hitting the login button. **Developer response:** Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have addressed your issue. It should be fixed in the next update coming soon. ### 5/5 — Amazing *2020-08-22* Incredible company, love theirs services, they do a great job, especially for a local utility company. Conway corp online won't delete my old account and I can't sign up again due to my active email is still linked to old account.
