When trying to look at bill it crashes every time. I have deleted this app but would like to have a working version. ### 1/5 — Crashes *2014-06-10* Every time I try to sign in, the app consistently crashes. First I have to ask "why in the world would I want to link an app that's for my utilities to my Facebook?" Answer is I don't. Which is where the real bug lies: I log in with my Conway corp username & password to view my account, then I close the app. Next time I open it everything is blank..no balance..nothing. I click on anything (view bill etc.) and it crashes every time forcing me to log out and back in. Please fix. I copied the value straight from my bill and it still says incorrect value. I can’t even get past the second sign-up page because of this. It’s easier to pay on their website or in person. Downloading this app was a waste of time. ### 1/5 — New update is not working *2020-09-26* The new update the happen some time in September is terrible. I am unable get past the log in screen. It ask for my login info and once you enter it, it will not let up scroll up to access the login button. You can hit the return button to login and there is no way to move the keyboard to login, since keyboard is what is preventing you from hitting the login button. **Developer response:** Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have addressed your issue. I like being able to pay my bill without having to go anywhere. The biggest problem I have with this app however is when you hit the "upgrade your service" option the app crashes.
