Sometimes half will accept and sometimes nothing is accepted. These are good clear photos with a new iPhone camera on a table. I have been trying to save to get a cooler and this is very frustrating. Especially when you wanna rep your favorite brewski by redeeming your points. The only thing I would want more from the app is more opportunities to earn points through more quizzes. Simple quizzes and codes to complete and receipt upload is simple. 4 stars because they don’t always register receipts from distributors. I have redeemed many rewards from the app. The redeeming of points are easy to get the prizes you want. My husband drinks a LOT of beer and sometimes some of his receipts “expire” due to k my allowing so many points/month. Just wish there was something to actually get that is worth it. My only problem is that I have redeemed my points for a gift card and I have not received it yet, it has been over a week now. There are a lot of great branded merchandise to redeem points for as well as sweepstakes to enter ### 5/5 — Easy to use *2023-03-01* The app is easy to navigate, easy up upload receipts and easy to redeem points for products. Is used to be a little slow but that’s improved. ### 2/5 — Frustrating *2023-02-11, version 1.6.5* Have used this app for a while. It worked great when when it worked. A little slow, but useable. Now it is asking me to sign in again. I get an error with the password. I tried to use the forgot my password option, but instead of sending a link to change my password, I get a text with a a 6 digit passcode, which can’t be used to log in anywhere. Totally useless. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Terrible App *2023-03-06* I would leave a store and submit picture of my receipt and it would say it's too old. "If that was in error, try submitting again" it would say. I'd take a picture in better lighting, same thing. I've missed out on lots of points because of that. Only ever got one receipt to work. I use other apps for rewards and you have to submit pictures of receipts, and I never have an issue in those apps. So it's not that I don't know what I'm doing. The app just has too many glitches. ### 1/5 — Does work on phone. *2023-02-10, version 1.6.5* Does not fit on the screen. Loaded app and could not enter any data, nor were there any tabs to click on, to do so. Worked on for at least 3 try’s over 2 weeks. Deleted! ### 1/5 — Logs in fine…but no earning *2023-01-14, version 1.6.5* Weekly logins now credit 25 points but no receipt uploads because the app has some image that blocks content on the Earn Points page. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t Work *2023-01-11, version 1.6.3* The app pops up with a white screen and stays there even when you wait 10+ minutes. App does not work! It keeps telling me that my email and phone number have already been used. So I tried to reset the password and it says the email does not exist as a customer! ### 1/5 — FRUSTRATING *2022-12-25, version 1.6.3* Have been using app since it’s release, hoping that finally an “easy” way to collect points. Problems with receipts/uploads after couple months of using app-“scan/upload” page freezes. No updates. Website & redemption has been a joke as well. AB Bud should be embarrassed. So much for customer loyalty- apparently not a priority but brand image suffering ### 1/5 — Can’t upload receipts or scan QR codes in the app *2022-12-21, version 1.6.3* Can’t even earn points. I have had a few instances where it was glitching but over all the app is good. Wish the receipt/purchase system included more beers they own. Maybe some beers are worth more points than others or something? I enjoy the ease of the app so far and I’m hopeful that’ll it be updated with more cool ways to get merch. I’m invested in this app for sure. I’ve gotten a complimentary gift already and, I’m working on getting more points some cool merch. I really want a sweatshirt by the time fall/winter 2023 gets here. Love the app, I’m new here, so no complaints at all. ### 5/5 — MyCooler app is awesome! *2023-03-25* This is the coolest app. You get points for buying beer, taking quizzes and redeeming promo codes. Then you can use your points to get your favorite beer merchandise. I’ve been doing it a couple years now and have gotten some pretty cool stuff! I’ve redeemed points for an awesome LA rams led sign that I get compliments on every time I have company.
