I am so grateful for the support team for being able to sort my log in problems. They were very patient and made things easy for me to implement even though l am a complete technophobe. Thank you.

Good but needs a couple of tweaks to exercise area

I have found the app helpful and especially the DM Fit exercises. Having just switched to zone 3 and using an iPad, (with 2 of us sharing the screen) it is sometimes difficult to see what you need to do and follow the exercise. Sometimes positions are shown more clearly part way through the exercise, or stretch position. A short video, that could be an addition to the introduction, showing moves and position clearly before starting, would be good. Then you could refer back if needed, until you’ve gotten used to the new exercises.
EDIT: I have to rate the customer service as 5 star after my recent experience. I had trouble looking into the app while away from home. After an exchange of emails, over the course of the day, it was possible to discover where the problem lay and to get a resolution. At all times communication was friendly and helpful.

I sent a few emails about a problem not been able to log into mymhealth with my password but no one has replied as it says you reply in 48 hrs and it’s now over a week.
Every time I use my email same one I had when joined but password won’t let me log in and I’ve changed it four times in a week and asking for a key but can’t see how to get one and sick of using my NHS log in but says if using that your mymhealth details are deactivated so how can I get back into mymhealth using my account not the NHS log in please.
Hopefully someone will help me to sort this out please.
Thanks
Barry.
