### 4/5 — App not fit for purpose

*2024-11-27, version 2.9.23*

Can’t log in, keeps forgetting my details. It won’t integrate with the NHS login. Password reset doesn’t work. Spent hours, given up. Developer has ignored my numerous emails for help, a complete waste of time!

### 4/5 — Good service

*2024-04-01, version 2.9.6*

Happy to use on a regular basis and usually works very well but:
What happens to the recording of medication as have never had any feed back to know if anyone looks at it.

### 4/5 — Thumbs up

*2024-03-28, version 2.9.6*

On the whole ok, some niggling problems at times not logging in, it’s easy to show your data for your medication and weight and activity levels to your asthma nurse on the whole enjoyable app

### 2/5 — Log in

*2024-03-27, version 2.9.6*

It’s so annoying that I have to log in so often. Even if it’s only been an hour I still have to log in again. It’s getting so annoying and frustrating. Feel like just giving up on it. Drives me nuts. Even picking a nickname is frustrating argh.

### 2/5 — My health prompt for feedback

*2024-03-27, version 2.9.6*

Hi
This has been a most useful app in daily monitoring, only trouble is the weight app when adding values despite careful checking before entering the value I’ve had many spurious figures appear on the graph, some way out in accuracy! I’ve been advised you cannot edit these out which is very annoying as once it is in, its in!!
Also why are BMI figures so inaccurate basis upon which to take advice or comment. I’m described as overweight at just under 14st for much of my younger days when I was much fitter than I am today. My GP says I am not overweight given my frame even at only 5’ 9” in height.
It is irritating to be described as overweight given people are broadly ranged across a whole frame as well as just height versus mass. I appreciate this is not an app issue but I was under the impression BMI was being reviewed in favour of other guidance?
The only other issue I have is that when you put up a message or link in the app such as the one I’m responding to now, it is impossible to go back into the app as the system locks my iphone SE so I have to switch off and reboot the phone to access the app again as normal😒.

Thank you otherwise for this service and I hope it does remain or become better in future and more importantly preserves data securely for both user and provider. I say this as my anti-virus software highlighted a breach of password sometime ago saying the link with myhealth app was the problem.

### 5/5 — Brilliant

*2024-03-27, version 2.9.6*

I have both Asthma and COPD and have been using the app for since my GP recomenned me to it in 2018 it can help when your unsure as to how things are going

### 5/5 — Review of my health app for iPad

*2024-03-26, version 2.9.6*

Very good helps to keep a record of everything although when inserting your medication it seems slow compared to before the last update. Other than that a lot of good info there

### 4/5 — Great for Asthma patients

*2024-03-26, version 2.9.6*

I have Asthma and I find this app is great to help me monitor my asthma. I find the education videos very helpful and the videos showing how to use my inhalers properly. I can’t always get out for a walk so I use the walking videos to help me keep active indoors unfortunately they do tend to take a while to load. I like being able to monitor my inhaler compliance and my peak flow levels. Overall I would recommend this app. I have an iPhone.

### 2/5 — Incorrect Logins

*2024-03-26, version 2.9.6*

Every time I login, it states incorrect info but I can continue to NHS, the only way I can access this site!

### 5/5 — My rehab journey after Heart Attack

*2024-03-25, version 2.9.6*

I love this app to keep me focused on the path back to full health.
I had a heart attack in January 2024 angioplasty performed 3 stents in..
Previously my health was pretty good, very active, good diet, never expected this.. but I am determined to get back to that level of fitness.
This app is helping greatly, plenty of advice, exercise programmes, all link to Apple Watch, fits on any level making it achievable for anyone.
Only down fall for me is the constant signing in, have to go through NHS app and then input a code.. I would like easier log in .

### 3/5 — Very very very Curates Eggish

*2024-03-14, version 2.9.5*

This app promises so much but delivers little- like the curates egg : good in parts. I found myself having to log in every time I opened the app. So annoying was this I tried my NHS login and now I can’t log in to the app. It won’t recognise my email and password. Further, I have the app linked with my iPhone Health app to get my steps and now it’s stopped taking the number of steps . It could be such a good app but lacks consistency.

### 3/5 — Temper the negativity where encouragement needed

*2022-11-13, version 2.2.10*

When entering our weight the only response is a negative one telling us what we already know. For three consecutive weeks my weight has decreased but the only message back is “obese” surely an encouraging “good progress”/“well done” might help and encourage more good results? Clearly this would be inappropriate for those with anorexia but it would be possible for the program to check that before presenting a message.

Thank you so much for forwarding this for consideration and possible implementation. Brilliant news👍

### 5/5 — Touch

*2022-09-25, version 2.2.10*

Brilliant

### 3/5 — App logs you out

*2022-09-23, version 2.2.10*

Really annoying that the app know logs you out after 12 hours and you have to log back in again twice a day.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Log in

*2025-03-26, version 2.9.25*

I sent a few emails about a problem not been able to log into mymhealth with my password but no one has replied as it says you reply in 48 hrs and it’s now over a week.
Every time I use my email same one I had when joined but password won’t let me log in and I’ve changed it four times in a week and asking for a key but can’t see how to get one and sick of using my NHS log in but says if using that your mymhealth details are deactivated so how can I get back into mymhealth using my account not the NHS log in please.
Hopefully someone will help me to sort this out please.
Thanks
Barry.

### 1/5 — NHS login doesn’t work

*2025-03-25, version 2.9.25*

Tried this app as my old peak flow (asthma) tracker has been abandoned. This one is peer reviewed by NICE so seemed a good bet. However after using my nhs login the app just spits out a black screen with server error. A family member (also with asthma) tried and got the same error.

### 1/5 — My Health

*2024-10-01, version 2.9.16*

This app is aweful, not use friendly. Unreliable and confusing at best. Steer clear

### 1/5 — Could do better

*2024-07-03, version 2.9.6*

Probably looked impressive on a PowerPoint presentation but less so when used by patients. There’s a problem with nearly every page. Did anyone run a trial with real patients rather than just running the concept past a few professionals?
Could do better. Waste of patients’ time and NHS funds.

### 1/5 — Rubbish

*2024-06-02, version 2.9.6*

No security code sent after 5 attempts, correct phone number.

### 1/5 — Old fashioned

*2024-03-26, version 2.9.6*

Just like an app from the Victorian era. You could do better with a pen and paper. Now with NHS login it’s even more clunky.

### 1/5 — MyHealth

*2022-01-21, version 2.1.33*

Followed all of the steps as far as having the My Health icon showing in my Apps but when I click on it it just gives a blank page Have tried several times but only with same result
I have awarded no stars at the moment because I have nothing to assess Not a good start for me as I can’t use it

### 1/5 — Rubbish

*2021-10-14, version 2.1.33*

The app is asking me about Covid more than two weeks after getting Covid. Asking me to report statistics that are not worth collecting. This app does not work and is now a piece of crap waiting to be dumped. This really was a waste of time and money. I can’t even get in the app even if I wanted to give information. It’s a waste of time now

### 1/5 — Your physician has to sign you up

*2021-03-09, version 2.0.14*

This is not clear in the app description - you can't just use this app yourself. It's only for clinicians who already use it and want their patients to use it.

### 1/5 — Can’t register

*2020-02-11, version 1.8.2*

Been recommended to this APP but when I try to open account by putting email address I can’t get any further with password, HELP please,I have emailed your company but no response so far

### 5/5 — App glitch

### 5/5 — My health

*2025-11-28, version 2.9.34*

They kept me informed all the way through was very polite and helpful very satisfied. I log into my mhealth every day it is great thing to have keeps me motivated and the breathing exercises help me a lot and the relaxation l love getting the monthly update tips and peoples experiences

### 5/5 — Log in

*2025-06-09, version 2.9.27*

I am so grateful for the support team for being able to sort my log in problems. They were very patient and made things easy for me to implement even though l am a complete technophobe. Thank you.

### 5/5 — Good but needs a couple of tweaks to exercise area

*2025-05-07, version 2.9.25*

I have found the app helpful and especially the DM Fit exercises. Having just switched to zone 3 and using an iPad, (with 2 of us sharing the screen) it is sometimes difficult to see what you need to do and follow the exercise. Sometimes positions are shown more clearly part way through the exercise, or stretch position. A short video, that could be an addition to the introduction, showing moves and position clearly before starting, would be good. Then you could refer back if needed, until you’ve gotten used to the new exercises.
EDIT: I have to rate the customer service as 5 star after my recent experience. I had trouble looking into the app while away from home. After an exchange of emails, over the course of the day, it was possible to discover where the problem lay and to get a resolution. At all times communication was friendly and helpful.

### 5/5 — Great APP

*2024-12-19, version 2.9.23*

I find this App so helpful monitoring my medication and condition , so informative and very useful. The technical support is Brilliant should you need it .

### 5/5 — Copd

*2024-12-11, version 2.9.23*

Thanks for this series of exercises my breathing is much improved

### 5/5 — Best app ever

*2024-11-24, version 2.9.16*

I love this app. Use it everyday and recommend it to everyone.

Before I got it a few years ago, I was a different person. My fitness level was … well, on the floor. If I fell over, I would be unable to get back up. Then something made me look at the ap .. I sweated like crazy, out of breath, exhausted.

A few weeks on, it got easier and I could get back up. I would be able to continue past the 15 minute mark…now, I can comfortably walk to the music for 2hours or more. Completed the million steps challenge last year, thanks to this app.

Now, I’m a bit lost. The app won’t play the music or videos on n my phone but will on my desktop computer. Internet speed is super fast! I am thinking of uninstalling and reinstalling the app on my phone but am scared as it was sent by my doctors. None of the current doctors have heard of it. I don’t want to lose all that fantastic help and videos so I’m holding out to figure this out. Can’t remember if the doctor gave me any password or other information. But i know they set my weight target.

I would give this app, 50 out of 10 if I could. It’s AWESOME and has changed my life for the better.

### 5/5 — Resetting MFA code

*2024-05-02, version 2.9.6*

Josh and Rebecca were really great in assisting me to get back into My mhealth app to continue with the exercises for COPD
Rebecca had been trying to reach me on my mobile with no luck so I rang back and she contacted me sorted out the problem
She was so helpful pleasant and reassuring I would score Rebecca 10/10 Plus I am back in the system which was made so easy to do
A million thanks to the lovely lady
Kind regards

### 5/5 — The App

*2024-04-29, version 2.9.6*

Excellent APP and exercises easy to follow. I particularly like the walking app as having nice scenery makes the time go quicker.

### 5/5 — Really Helpful

*2024-03-27, version 2.9.6*

This app has been brilliant as it has helped me to focus on everything I do to cooperate with the Good Lord, to stay active and get as fit as I can within the constraints of my general health at 71yrs. I would recommend it to anyone who is serious about using healthy activity to help recovery and lasting health and fitness. I am grateful to both the manufacturer and the health professionals who encouraged me to use it.
