Why? - I used it once before, but I don’t remember my password. In attempting to sign on again, there’s no ‘forgot my password’ action. It just tells me my email is already in use if I try to create a new account. I’m not going to create another email just for this app. So there’s no way to sign in. You have to log in every time you use the app to report a problem. There is no way to have it remember you. The area to add photos is not obvious at all; I found it by luck. The old app for reporting problems to the City of Costa Mesa was much better.
