- The app appears to require a sign in every time you want to report an issue. Why? 
- I used it once before, but I don’t remember my password. In attempting to sign on again, there’s no ‘forgot my password’ action. It just tells me my email is already in use if I try to create a new account. I’m not going to create another email just for this app. So there’s no way to sign in. Very poor.

terrible because nobody responds when you submit a pothole request. there are so many potholes in costa mesa which is an extreme hazard for car accidents tires popping. 

until they have a dedicated app personnel to respond to all requests will be ideal.

Horrible UI.  You have to log in every time you use the app to report a problem. There is no way to have it remember you. The area to add photos is not obvious at all; I found it by luck. The old app for reporting problems to the City of Costa Mesa was much better. I hope they have an update to this app soon to improve the UI.

Seems to work ok a bit awkward, pressing photos 0 to add a photo is not intuitive, not sure why there is a category of issue reporting for snow removal...
