## What is MyCottsway?

Welcome to the My Cottsway app. If you are a Cottsway Housing Association customer, you can use this app to manage aspects of your tenancy.
You need your customer agreement reference (on your rent statements and most letters from Cottsway) and to register for this service and you’ll need to have an email on record with us before you can sign up.

Once you’ve registered, you can use My Cottsway to:
    •    Make a payment securely with your credit or debit card - you can also save your card details for speedier future payments via the portal
    •    View your rent balance, transaction history and any other charges
    •    Set up a new Direct Debit
    •    Update your contact details
    •    Raise repairs
