While I was waiting for it to load I found my lap top. Turned it on, logged on to the website and did the 2- step authentication …and the app was still trying to load. It’s SLOW. ### 1/5 — What a Worthless app *2026-07-05* I’ve been having your session has expired messages constantly if I could give no stars I would. I thought maybe it’s my password so try resting and the app doesn’t let me enter my date of birth. Either have tests done with an app before you force mobile users to only be able to use the app and have minimal issues or just stop having the app the only option. Cuz i get the same issue on the mobile website. Then when I call you are not open because timezones are a thing. I’m a caregiver I don’t sit at a computer I’m on the go fix your stuff.
