После обновления, приложение выглядит более современно, функционально, понятно. Работает быстро, и без проблем.

Пользуюсь 2 недели. Приложение полное дно, карта мультивалютная, постоянно показывает овердрафт. Свести счета невозможно, калькуляция не совпадает. СМС информирование живет совершенно отдельной жизнью от приложения. К примеру, вчера вечером у меня на счете было 82$, на утро оно сохранялось, но после одного перевода на 6 лари вдруг появилась задолженность в 256 лари со знаком минус! Я оплатил задолженность (положил 30$ к 102$ на счету), несмотря на нестыковки, а теперь у меня -40$ и баланс все равно отрицательный. Ну знаете, лучше платить кэшем и точка. С этим банком уже ушел в -16000 руб за издержки карты, стоимость обслуживания и обязательную страховку стоимостью в 90 лари.

При выходе новой версии приложение полностью блокируется: его невозможно открыть, увидеть баланс и воспользоваться деньгами, пока версия не обновится. Это ужасная практика, которая бесит и мешает пользоваться банком. Я хочу сам выбирать удобный для себя момент обновления!!! 🤌

В одностороннем порядке меняют условия договора , хотя я ни чего не переподписывал. 
при открытии счета и карты к сотрудникам банка был главный вопрос о комиссиях и скрытых платежах - меня заверили , что ни чего подобного нет. Пару лет так и было, после мою карту стремительно начали угонять в минус массой комиссий. Сейчас она в минусе. Поддержка ее не закрывает, с комментарием - прилетайте в Грузию и закрывайте. Я гражданин рф. На все вопросы поддержка включает игнор и просто не отвечает. Крайне не рекомендую связываться с этим «банком»
