I spoke with the supervisor they said That would be OK, but apparently he lied ### 1/5 — Passport did not work in Madrid and took a lot of troubleshooting when we were busy and tired *2026-08-16, version 5.1.9* Before travel, we bought an unlimited Passport on three lines. We landed in Spain and the transaction could not be processed. We spent an hour on troubleshooting while standing in Madrid airport after a long flight! The error message was unclear. We realized that we had an American Express card on the Cricket account. Eventually we paid using a MasterCard. Then we got poor service. Too slow to load Apple Maps, Google Maps, or Uber. One of us got only 3G signal and had to buy an Airalo eSIM. Another of us had only the very slow E service and bought a Ubigi eSIM. I got no service and bought an Airalo eSIM. We canceled each Passport. If it does not work in a capital city then it will not work elsewhere! We need an eSIM to work promptly after landing in Europe and then work wherever there is signal! ### 1/5 — Scam *2026-08-15, version 5.1.9* I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years and the last 3 months cricket has managed to make me pay my bill plus an extra $30. I have tried to settle it with customer care but have got no where.
