No, there is an ongoing “server connection issue” and you can’t login using the app. Either take the app out of the App Store and only have customers use the website, or fix it, but this is a poor customer experience. ### 1/5 — Terrible. 0 stars would be worthy *2026-08-29, version 1.2.2* This app is terrible. I set it up how they recommend when I bought my house almost a year ago, fast forward to month two they want to shut my water off for it not being paid! I said I’m set up on autopay! They tell me you can’t set auto pay with a current bill. Pay the bill and restart the process. Auto pay is linked. Every 1-3 months they don’t get their money and they send me a letter of past due and shut off date. It takes two or three different methods just to pay your bill! ### 1/5 — Horrible update. App unusable *2026-08-26, version 1.2.2* I’ve used this app since it was released and never had an issue. When the app went under an update I am now completely locked out and have been for most of this year. Nothing has worked. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and updated the phone. Absolutely nothing works and it seems that it is just about everyone having these issues. ### 1/5 — Be better *2026-08-15, version 1.2.2* I’ve had the app for years, never had issues until it updated or changed in the last year. Now when I try to login there’s always an issue. I always have to click the link that takes me out of the app to make my payment. Then it never has my correct information when I do get logged in. I have to correct the address every time also, then I have to add my bank info every time. And then have to pay $1.75 “convenience fee” for paying my bill!!! This is beyond ridiculous and frustrating! I guess I could go back to receiving a paper statement and mailing it in, you think they would appreciate getting an automatic payment online. I’d love to charge an “inconvenience fee” for all of the difficulties I experience trying to PAY MY BILL!! ### 1/5 — Goodness grief *2026-08-01, version 1.2.2* Can’t log in and not sure why it’s here ### 1/5 — ZERO STARS *2026-07-31, version 1.2.2* It has been MONTHS and it still says “There is a connection issue to the server please try again later”.
