For hotel/ accommodation bookings its less great. No address details are listed for bookings. Jump in a taxi and the hotel reservation number wont help. My hotel and car rentals get split into multiple trips. If you change the date of a trip it blocks your calendar for the original dates. When you try to get receipts, the hotel often cannot give you the receipt because it said it was booked through Expedia or some other website. They also do not provide your membership information to the hotels often times. This, resulting you having to give your membership every time during check-in. when they make major updates, they often forget to put in crucial settings like company wide credit card forcing you to book with your personal credit card. ***update 10/17/2024: all of us are now being charged on our personal credit card for flights where it’s supposed to charge the company central card. Direct sources who is reading this, don’t cheap out and go with cwt. You have to chase them for a confirmation email which should be sent on booking. Even this, you have to speak to “live chat” who ask you to call 1 of 4 numbers or email another team. Intenté reservar un viaje del 17 al 20 y al notar que mi nombre estaba incorrecto en el perfil, salí a corregirlo. Crowdstrike cause a global cyber shutdown of many window applications the cause disruptions with airlines. I typically fly with Delta who has normally operated efficiently through their online app, till today. Nothing is working well with Delta’s on line service and I was not getting clear information. I logged on to CWT and they provided solid information that allowed me to get to my connecting flight on time. ### 5/5 — Convenient all in one app *2024-05-09, version 24.2.2* I love this app. I use it to book travel and never put it down when traveling. Unfortunately the app from the new company is garbage. Also a few of the popular ones in the App Store are not robust enough. I sent (using the email method) the same itineraries to 3 apps. MyCWT was flawless …100% correct and connected the many itineraries into one solid trip with all the stops and stays. The rest of the apps struggled. No one of them got it right. Although my company moved away from CWT I will still stick to this app. Don’t know how I would get organized without it.
