The app was working great. After the latest updates, the app won’t open. Any idea how I can get it to open? Do I need to delete and reinstall?

As someone that has been chronically ill for 16 years, get this. You can customize symptoms and treatments. Then, the app will generate monthly PDF reports, again for free, of those symptoms and interventions with graphs. 

You do not have to give access to your EMR (medical record). That is your choice to do so. I have not and am able to use the app without any issues. You can also search for other research studies to be a part of. 

All-in-all this app is amazing. Get it. You literally have nothing to lose. Plus your input can help with research and cures!

This app worked great for a couple years but in the last few months it comes up with a loading error and is now unreliable.

Hi there, please add the ability to record additional Covid vaccine boosters to the app. As an immune compromised person we have additional Covid boosters taken over a regular person. The app only allows to add a total of 4 shots and I have 5 shots taken.

I got an at home rapid test and tested positive for covid. My job needs documentation to be able to pay me for being out. Unfortunately this is the app that the at home test walks you through and it is broken. Once you tell it that you have a blue and pink lime on your test that indicates it’s positive. The site loads indefinitely and doesn’t let you continue. Meaning I can’t get the documents I need to get paid for my job. Instead I have to find an alternative route which wasted time and money.

Hello,

In opening the app, it shows “asthma digital study” at the top and then just the spinning daisy. It stays there and never refreshes. When I click on Profile, it’s the same thing. I assume the app is unable to connect with the server.  The app worked fine two weeks ago when last checked. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I often come down with illnesses which hang on and linger 2 or more weeks.  Sometimes symptoms come on later, or disappear as the illness runs its course.  Perhaps there is a way to document that in the app?

FitBit login won’t complete log in process. When you enter username and password, it just returns to log in... over and over and over and over. And Yes username and password are correct.

App is supposed to track multiple activities, symptoms and pacing budget.  Doesn’t really do any of that - AND you have to give them your health data to find that out AND then they make it impossible to cancel membership or remove the app from your phone.  Claims to work with Apple Watch, but really doesn’t.  It does connect to my Health app on iPhone, but the only metric it displays from that app is number of steps, which adds nothing to what I had without this app.   App has no Help feature, no way to submit questions or get tech help, or other guidance about how to use this app. I’ve wasted three hours answering survey questions, trying to make use of this thing, and then trying to get rid of it.  Total waste of time.

On the pregnancy plus app this app is advertised for you to get a free fitbit if you share your data and join a program.. i think its just for you to sign up. I want to delete my account but it makes it hard to do so. I emailed support and they say they withdrew me from the program but the app says im still apart of it.. its a waste of time other apps have more information than this. I feel played and i am still struggling on getting my account deleted.. smh

After entering my contract info, they ask about COVID immunization. I have had two shots and three boosters. But the choices don’t have an option for boosters, so I chose “other.” After entering the date of my first COVID immunization it simply said I could not participate with no further information. I tried going back but the app won’t let you. So I deleted it.

Saw via FitBit that Scripps looking for volunteers to share health data to research COVID-19; no problem. But a data error when I submitted my info (tried twice) followed by a follow-up attempt to register that told me I’m already register but wouldn’t allow a password reset or any means to proceed means I’m out. Hopefully their disease-fighting competence far exceeds their app-designing competence.

I have multiple chronic and autoimmune conditions.I had been trying different symptom trackers looking for one that was easy to use and gave a usable record of my symptoms.  Not only that, it interfaces with multiple longitudinal studies so my symptoms can contribute to studies looking to gather information and manage multiple diagnoses.  Win/Win!

This app is a dream for those with chronic illnesses. From the ease of merely tapping a symptom within Symptom Shark to the notices of energy output needed to complete a survey in Solve Together, this app is what I’ve been looking for. You can also print your data to take with you to the doctor. So easy!

This app combined with my Fitbit predicted my second case of Covid 19 BEFORE I felt ill enough to take a test. The app prompted me to test, based on the Fitbit info sent to it. I believe it was a rise in my resting heart rate and other sleep factors. 
   I was indeed positive and therefore was able to start Remdesivir right away. I am immunocompromised and my doctors wanted to be proactive about the disease. 
  The app is easy and a good way to track disease progression and also to track vaccination and testing.
  The developers are definitely rockstars in my book.

I have Long Covid and have used many many symptom tracking apps and websites over the years. Most of them are monochrome and quite blocky to use-this one in contrast has shapes and custom colours which mean a whole lot more to me. They also mean it’s more friendly and less stressful and energy consuming to use!

This is seriously the perfect app for tracking symptoms, meds, and whatever else you want.

I can input whatever symptoms I want to and also add a severity scale if needed, I can track when I had doctor’s appointments or when it was raining, I can track medicine and my mood each day, AND I can print out a report of a month to show my doctor. 

It’s awesome, and I also love the journal feature that adds an automatic time stamp because that way I can easily remember when in a day I last took a med. It’s great and super user friendly. I sound like I’m in an advertisement, I know, but I want everyone to know how awesome this app is.

Amazing! I just wish there was a way I could edit my symptoms on the “Track illness” feature. I don’t know if it would be possible or if it would help but I think the illness being better or worse because of a decrease or increase in symptoms not previously noticed is major. But thank you guys for the great work and for what you’re doin.
