Cannot load the my health to log the treatment data. Please fix!. I am doing manual PD. The app is very slow , need to add and submit each exchange individually, and does not allow save on the full/drain info page. Since the recent update, it no longer calculates the UF. The FMC app is much better where all 4 exchanges are listed on the same page and I could save and go back as I complete each exchange before final submission for the day. Please make it user friendly for PD patients where we can input all 4 exchanges on one page and only need to submit once per day. ### 2/5 — Loaded with bugs *2025-12-18, version 8.0.12* Face ID rarely logs me in. It usually makes me log in with the password anyway. Then, the app usually loads a blank screen until I minimize and re-open the app. Then, entering treatments is problematic. There’s bugs that make treatments disappear, and recently, I can’t submit the treatment at all. It just won’t work. Plenty of other intermittent bugs I’m not even mentioning, too. And the latest update requires us to add fill and drain times….why? We can just make a note of slow drains in the comment field. It’s hard enough being on dialysis, but now more frustrating that I can’t use the app I need. AND THE FACE ID IS A JOKE! It supposed to make life on dialysis easier and it just make it more frustrating. You can’t even log treatments! ### 1/5 — Upgrade? More like downgrade. *2025-04-14, version 8.0.2* Where to start. On the positive side, load speed has decreased which is great…and that’s about it, no other positives. Now, on the negative side, if you go between apps when you have a treatment open, all changes will be gone for your treatment when you navigate back. Log in is wonky and sometimes facial ID works and sometimes it doesn’t. Many times you open the app and have to log in again, even though you configured facial ID. As it sits tonight, I cannot access any of my treatments. Not sure if this is due to maintenance or my data is simply wiped. It has been like this the entire weekend. Also, it looks like the font size was increased? Why? It should be easier to scroll to the save button. I am guessing that there is one child working on this from their mom’s basement. ### 1/5 — Update screwed up an already marginal app. *2025-04-13, version 8.0.2* Face biometric does not work. All of my treatment data is now gone. PD patients have enough to do than mess around with a faulty app. ### 1/5 — Newest update made app even worse *2025-04-12, version 8.0.2* This app has never been good. Most recent update has shifted “treatment” location yet again. While it is now on the home page, IT ALWAYS SAYS “ERROR” and will not load. There is no other way to access treatment info. So, how will I be able to submit a treatment? Lest not forget that Face ID only put your user name in the bar, it does not put your password. So you must put your password every time you log in, or try to log in. Please, fix this whole app again. It is trash. ### 1/5 — Unworkable *2025-04-10, version 8.0.2* Doesn’t work. Every time an update comes out it gets more cumbersome to work with. Now it won’t work at all. Has been three weeks since I was able to upload data. Face id doesnt work. 90% of the time you try and login and it just goes to a blank screen. Please fix. Facial recognition does not work.. I put my login in and it takes me to a black screen and never loads the app. So incredibly frustrating for something we have to do multiple times a day! Also, when I am keying in his vitals, if I click on a bullet it makes the screen jump and then I have to find my way back to where I was. Not user friendly at all.
