We can check our balance on all accounts without even going to the bank and if we need to speak to someone they are right there. From bank locations I’ve visited to using their app and online services. Online deposits and transfers are simple and easy to navigate, and always improving. The way you can see how much money has come in and left in a 30 day period is definitely my favorite part. Eye opening for budgeting. In a good way. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Worst Bank OAT *2026-05-12, version 6.7.0* I had to switch my checking account to a whole other bank because Dupont is just so bad with the constant bugs, issues, and annoyances. It's not even just a me thing, it's an inconvenience to my peers as well. Seriously! My card went poof from the bank system entirely out of no where the other week; thousands of points. New cars, no points! Awful bank. ### 1/5 — App constantly down *2023-10-27, version 6.5.0* Mobile deposit doesn’t work after recent update. Login freezes. Latest update has been so frustrating I’ll be switching banks. I have a iPhone 8plus with the latest updates. The accounts page is covered by the “what’s new” message that won’t go away no matter how many times I click through all of it. I keep getting a message about the network. I have service so im not understanding why theres a problem with it. Looking forward to improvements in the future. Is there a way to see my Grow Green status of my debit card on this update?
