1) Every time you wish to create a new topic, you must first delete the letters: T O P I C !
How completely dumb is that?

2) there is no Cut and Paste. No import.

3) No way to create a template that customizes the look at the start.

4) One mildly innovative touch: the clever look of the fishbone diagram.
