I put info in to create an account and nothing happens.   No next screen.  No acknowlegement.  Nothing.  Zero stars

I would give this app 0 stars if possible. It does not allow me to create a new user at all. I enter information to create the account and press the Register button and it does not do anything. I have tried multiple times over weeks and hoping that maybe they did not update the app for iPadOS 26 but no such luck. So, again, 0-starts since it is unusable.

You can’t register as a new user or sign into the app. The were and conditions takes you to an unrelated page. It’s sad for the company seeing as ItsDeductible by Intuit/TurboTax is being discontinued next month and everyone is looking for an alternative. This could’ve been a good opportunity for this company as there aren’t many available at all for mobile.
