### 2/5 — Dell is not keeping it current

It’s amazing that Dell does not keep this app up to date. The app supports older Dell devices like the Dell Thunderbolt Doc WD19TBS, but it does not support the current Thunderbolt 4 WD22TB4. 

It’s not very useful to have a support app frozen in 2019. What’s the point?

It twice required me to enter a 6-digit code to enter the app.  The second time, I never even received an email with the code, despite my repeated requests to resend the code.  Scary, in that I just spent huge bucks on a Dell desktop and monitor, and the quality of this app makes me worry about the reliability of my new system.
