But in the app on the "contact us" page, they have the wrong number listed under the "medicaid member contact info". The actual number should have 516 instead of 515. The number they have listed is a scam number. When I called it, they talk about giving people a free life saving necklace and you can hear it's a bot speaking. Been trying to create an account for over a month now. All the other offices do no longer accept it. I called all the one that were listed. I finally found one office that would take it. The one the was assigned to us on the insurance card no longer took the insurance. I found this to be very disheartening. The app loads indefinitely at the end of registering and it doesn’t complete it. I don’t see a proper way to do this on the website. It’s inconvenient to call, as I tend to not get the right person within the department. Medicaid or not like I’m from Louisiana, I also have my dental insurance through DentalQuest, but yet I don’t have any availability to their app because it’s only for people in Texas and whatnot… and it’s so much easier when there’s an app for you to gain access to important stuff like your health and insurance.
