Still broken linking up after 3 weeks and multiple calls it still doesn’t work on I-pads. Update : 2 months and still broken, customer service doesn’t have any info. Never got response from tech support. Still broken 2 months later. Still no response from tech support. Skip devoted and go to a real company for insurance. These people suck!
