Very few options there. Their website does have an account for me and does have my car on that account… It doesn’t have my loan linked to my account or my car and can’t find it in order to link It. So I figured I would try the app. It’s also terrible. I can’t even get past the login screen. It says it sent a “Forgot my password”. Email to my email address. It didn’t. I feel like I’m taking a risk with identity theft every time I use it. I should be able to see the bank account information I add (at least the last 4 of the account number) so when I submit a payment I’m not guessing what account is connected, also, the payment attachment is CSV or something it should be a PDF because the link is broken and takes you to Indeed instead of a file to see payments, also, there should be a debit card payment option or even cash payment option where you can pay in store. Just to wrap this up. This is one of the lowest tech proficient apps I’ve used in a long time, the layout looks simple but is still complicated to the point I had to call in and the rep didn’t even know the buttons to push to get the information I needed. ### 1/5 — Worst App Ever *2026-06-26, version 3.2.0 (17)* Words cannot express my frustration and dismay at how much of a nightmare this app is. You have to use the email address that you entered as your user name. Once you do that, you should be able to log in. It does ask for verification code every time which is kind of annoying, but I am able to access my account. ### 4/5 — No issues. *2024-07-14, version 3.0.0 (3)* Never had an issue logging in or making a payment. Signing up was extremely simply with no issues. The old app/site didn’t give the consumer much control of the account, but I ended up putting it on auto pay. No prob! Then the app/site changed. So I did it again. It was easier to set up, but I put it on auto pay and still no problems. But three sites in two years? That’s a lot. and I DID NOT FIND AN APP. It should not take 24 hours for me to post one payment honestly it’s just post automatically on the same day to avoid problems. But it literally takes 2 to 3 days for it to post to my account. This is a big problem with the app. I have another auto loan with Westlake. They take the payment automatically without waiting days. There isn’t a page or directory to review previous payments. An additional issue is that once a payment has been processed there is no confirmation. After following the steps to complete a payment, the website redirects you back to the payment method. This is confusing.
